Whether you're caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another family member, keeping medications organized and understanding treatment plans can feel overwhelming. This consultation is designed specifically for caregivers. Together, we'll review the medication regimen, discuss your questions and concerns, and help you feel more prepared for future medical appointments and conversations with your loved one's healthcare team. This consultation may be right for you if you: Help manage medications for a loved one Care for an aging parent or family member Want to better understand a medication regimen Need help organizing medication information before medical appointments Your consultation includes: 1. Pre-appointment review of the medication information provided 2. 60-minute virtual consultation 3. Review of prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, and supplements 4. Personalized Medication Clarity™ Report 5. Updated medication list 6. Questions to discuss with the healthcare provider 7. Secure follow-up within seven days The caregiver and patient are welcome to attend the consultation together whenever possible. PAYMENT & INSURANCE Medication Clarity™ consultations are private-pay services. Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid are not accepted, and these consultations are not billed to insurance. If requested, you will receive a receipt for your records. Please note that reimbursement from your insurance company is not guaranteed.
