Refunds, Cancellations & Appointment Policy

 

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Medication Clarity™ provides private-pay clinical pharmacy consultations designed to help patients and caregivers better understand their medications. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client and significant preparation occurs before each consultation, please review the following policy before booking.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Medication Clarity™ consultations are private-pay services. Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid are not accepted.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-show appointments are non-refundable.

  • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, and the appointment fee may be forfeited at Tamar Lawful's discretion.

 

Cancellation or rescheduling requests may be submitted by email or phone.

 

 

Medication Clarity™ Preparation Form

 

To allow adequate time for review, your Medication Clarity™ Preparation Form and any requested documents must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

 

Failure to submit the required information by the deadline may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Because appointment time is reserved specifically for you and preparation begins before your consultation, consultation fees are generally non-refundable.

 

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Missed appointments

  • No-show appointments

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice)

  • Consultations that have already been completed

 

If Tamar Lawful must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

 

Chargebacks

 

By booking a consultation, you agree to contact Medication Clarity™ directly if you have questions regarding your appointment or payment before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

 

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in cancellation of future appointments and collection efforts where permitted by law.

 

 

Policy Updates

 

Medication Clarity™ reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will govern your appointment.
